Terms of sale.

• Our tariffs don't include ski-lifts pass nor insurance nor renting of any kind.
  
  
• There must be at least 4 people for group courses, crash courses and snowshoeing.
  
  
• Only fully paid booking will be accepted.
  
  
• If you have booked by mail, by phone or at the office and you have canceled the courses at least 48 hours in advance.. You must send us by registered mail a written proof to get your money back.
  
  
• There will be no reimbursement in case of lost of the pass.
  
  
• There will be a 15€ charge for any change in pre booked courses.
  
  
• The ESF has the right to modify or cancel any service in case of bad weather, disruption of ski-lifts or any other unforeseen event. The ski instructors cannot be held responsible.
  
  
• In case of cancellation decided by the ESF, only the value of the course will be reimbursed. There will be no compensation.
  
  
• Any pictures of students taken during the courses can be used for any kind of publishing by the ESF.
  
  
• Family pack : Buy three group courses and get one for free.
  Not more than one discount can be applied.
